those who would like to get into bodybuilding would be to do some research
before you start. Talk to other bodybuilders that have competed
recently and see what their experience has been. And keep in mind
that the minute you tell someone you are going to compete, people will
start telling you what to do. What they are telling you is what
worked for THEM - may not work for you.
As far as
trainers - if you haven't competed in one show and are interested...try it
out. It may be something that is not for you but it gives you
another tool for your toolbelt. By the time you step foot on stage
you will have learned so much about your body and how to manipulate it."
