Anouk is a fashion model whose stunning beauty is matched only by her dedication to health and fitness. Anouk, who lives in Manchester U.K., considered herself to have been a “tomboy” in her youth. Actively involved in sports such as swimming and running, she proved that beauty can be accompanied by brains as well by achieving two university degrees. Anouk's training philosophy is "to be the best you can be for yourself both mentally and physically".

She means it!

Like most natural athletes however, Anouk has chosen to follow both her heart and her gifts making the most of both. As such, she has appeared in several magazines including Mistique, Maxim, Muscle & Fitness and a host of other publications.
