I am a single mother of 2 wonderful kids, I am 38, and I have been Natural bodybuilding for 3 years now and I love it!
I will be doing 2 shows coming up this weekend and the weekend after that in Figure Masters and looking forward to it! I did a show last year in fitness model, and came in 3rd place for my first time; I was told I was too lean, lol
So that's where it took me to do Figure, and reaching for the stars and planning to go pro!
I work out hard everyday, and give a 110 % into.
I used to be 145 pounds, and look at me know. Lol

Training for me is always intense. I love to give not just 100% but I go that extra mile.
My training is Mon to Sat, different body parts at heavy weights, and reps of 3, 10 -12.
For cardio, I do out door stairs, 10 flights 12 times, and bike intense, for 30min.
My diet, consist of eggs whites and Tuna only, and lets not forget the Sweet potatoes, brown rice.
