Future Goals:
Bodybuilding goals are to compete in an IFPA pro qualifier and to ultimately compete in a pro show. I learned taking a 5-year layoff had its benefits but will not wait that long to compete again. Also, I would love to promote a show in my area.

Professional goals are to expand my personal training business and train more bodybuilders. Team Franco Bodybuilding consists of 8 competitors now, and is growing!

And most importantly, having a great and healthy family.

Stay consistent and have fun. Bodybuilding is a life long journey. Enjoy the ride. There will be bumps in the road along the way, and that’s fine. It’s how you handle them that’s important. Most importantly, bodybuilding and competing is very individualistic, so don’t compare yourself to others. The best way to monitor your progression is through yourself from year to year.
