Meet Lift for Life.com Bodybuilding Model of the Month Moji Oluwa, a multi disciplined athlete with enough experience to fill a stadium.
Moji first made a name for himself as a highly disciplined weightlifter winning 2 gold medals and 1 bronze medal in the Commonwealth Weightlifting competition of 1994. From there, it was a natural progression to the 1996 Olympics where he was a member of the Nigerian Olympic Weightlifting Team.
As a weightlifter, Moji's well muscled and defined physique was already drawing attention and the inevitable comments from others that he should consider competing as a Bodybuilder.

With the natural gift of athleticism, Moji made a seamless transition from competitive strength athlete to bodybuilder, quickly racking up a string of successes.
Perhaps one of life's greatest privileges is to be a role model, and with 2 gold medals and more first place finishes than most athletes will ever see, Moji's ultimate calling came clearly into view, he would show others how he did it!
As a personal trainer, Moji leads by example, honing not just his own mind and body, but those who come to him for guidance. Successful not only as an athlete, but also as a trainer, Moji can be contacted through his website MojiFitness.com
"I believe a healthy body is a healthy mind. My goal as a trainer is to encourage young athletes to stay natural without the use of performing enhancement drugs."
