How did you get started in Bodybuilding?

Being the promoters of the SNBF Drug Free PRO & AM Championship in Montgomery, AL and Bodybuilding athletes ourselves it was quite easy. We offer contest prep and Free posing lesson for all who wish to attain and learn the DRUG FREE way of being a natural bodybuilder. It is 110% our lifestyle, both in the gym and in the home.

What is your training philosophy?

What is your diet like?

Our diet is year round High protein, low carbs (with exceptions to vacations) and even then were picky :-)LOL

 

Who are your role models?

Our role model is the Good Lord himself, his word stands on it own, who else can push you to the next level & keep you motivated & focused. Who else can teach you how to be:

  • Disciplined

  • Obedient

  • Faithful

  • Truthful

  • Helpful

  • Understanding.

You need all that just to prepare for competition, better yet prepare for life!

What advice would you give to new athletes?

Keep God first in EVERYTHING you do! Always stay Natural and Drug Free.

 

Life is to short to take chances with what GOD Created, LOVE YOUR BODY, RESPECT IT & ENJOY IT
