I started working out and dieting
in June 2005 weighing 157 and bf 21% when taking my 7 year old son
to his baseball game and another father, who's way out of shape,
made a comment about me looking like I had gotten heavier and since
I was wearing a bodyarmour muscle shirt my stomach was sticking out
abit. That night when I got home I asked my wife if I looked fat
and she kind of said my stomach was a bit larger than it had been in
the past..
So I went on a diet and started
working out 5 months later I had dropped 20lbs and about 8%bf down
to 13%bf and weighing 142. I was taking my protein before and after
workouts and NO preworkout and alot of the guys at the gym asked if
I was training for anything in particular and decided to compete in
the next amatuer bodybuilding contest. So I found the NGA and that
it was very local to me so I hired a trainer and he prepped me for
the competition.
1st in the Novice Bantam weight
