Drexel Long, from NJ now living in Houston, TX. Former track star- trained under the same track coach who trained Carl Lewis. Only been in bodybuilding for 3 yrs. I work as a middle school PE teacher/ coach for volleyball, basketball and track. i will be doing 3 shows this year...NGA Southern States, INFB Tx Shredder and Musclemania Superbody.

 I am 33 yrs old,  5'7", 145 off season, 137 constest weight

1st show- 2004 NPC Central Texas Cup, 1st place Novice heavyweight. 2nd show- 2004 NPC John Sherman Classic - 2nd place Open light heavyweight. 3rd show- 2005 NPC Jr. Nationals Top 10 light heavyweight

Favorite exercise- anything for my arms, back and shoulders.

I like what I am doing and I do whatever my trainer sets out for me to do no matter how much its going to hurt because later on the hard work WILL pay off.
