Pre-Workout
Typically I workout as soon as I get up in the morning (or afternoon) I work nights. In 10 years I have never been able to eat much pre workout but the following is typical for me...
1-Builders Bar
Creatine
Glutamine
Multi Vitamin
Aminos
Arginine
On occasion I will use an ECA stack if I really need it. However it is usually a sugar free energy drink pre workout for a kick........

That is a pretty stout stack as well. I generally need to have some time of carbohydrate pre workout, maybe a small amount of sugar.

I train asap after work, due to cleint load and home life, so I have to drink my pre work meal.
Kre Celerator with 15 bcaa's and 15 eaa's tosed in with 5 grams glut.
45 min prior I pop my Nytric Pro and KA Pro.

Pre/Post Supp.
I work nights so when I get up in the morning (afternoon) I don't have much time to eat, however I have to have something in my system prior to punishing my muscles into submission:
Supplements are as follows:
Multi-vita
creatine
glutamine
amino 222
argnine
(sometimes an ECA stack)
Food wise I don't like much in my system but NEED something. I found that a Builders Bar (made by Cliff) fits the bill quite well.....
and of course a cup of joe or a NO sugar, NO carb energy drink for good measure.
Post workout is more creatine, glutamine, aminos, and usually a Myoplex immediately after. Within usually an hour after that is my first real meal of the day.........Its just what works best for me....Lets hear some more....

Well I hit the gym after work in the late afternoon 5ish, but I have 4 day work weeks, so usually 2 of my training days I am there around 8 or 9. i love working out early the best. But I always have a solid meal preworkout with some fats, protein and some complex carbs. Then my preworkoput stack:
2 - EFX KA Pro
1 - EFX Nytric Pro
2 - KA
5mL - EFX CellRush
BCAA's - 5g/Glutamine 5g
1 - EFX Lean Fix
3cc of VPX Clen HC ( I am 7 weeks out from a show)
Post workout:
EFX NF-Pro
BCAA's/Glutamine 5g of each
EFX Kre-Gen - during offseason and EFX IGF-33
1 - KA
And that pretty much sums up my pre and post workout protocols!
