Default Yogurt

I've been liking a particular brand of yogurt and thought I'd tell you about it.

CHOBANI Greek Yogurt. I buy the vanilla non-fat.

An 8oz serving has a whopping 22g of protein and 0g fat! 17g of sugar, but you can't have it all.

No, I don't have stock in the company! I'm just amazed at how much protein it packs.

that sugar is no bueno, simple sugars shut down your body's ability to reduce fat storage. i'd rather have fat and no sugar, fat is not bad in and of it self, it's the type. just my .02

I think that would be a great post-workout snack!

My favorite is Fage non fat greek yogurt. I add stevia and walnuts to it. It is 3/4 cup with 0g fat, 15g protein, and 7g sugar in the form of lactose. It tastes like sour cream if you eat it plain, but adding a sweetener and fruit or nuts to it makes it amazing and filling!
