1. How did you get started in Bodybuilding?
I have always loved bodybuilding and recently
graduated from college and after a successful collegiate basketball
career, I needed another challenge something more to compete in and
bodybuilding was the answer.
2. What is your training philosophy?
Whatever you put into bodybuilding, is exactly what you will get out of
it. Push yourself on every set until it hurts and than do one more. It’s
those forced reps that spark growth and make the difference.
3. What is your diet like?
Diet is clean for the most part, and I eat almost the exact same thing
everyday it helps me to keep the calorie count and this way I know
exactly what is going into my body. Oatmeal is my main source of
carbohydrates I eat oatmeal 3-4 times a day. 2 servings of Broccoli a
day along with bananas and blueberries, I also eat a lot of ground
turkey, chicken breast, along with whey protein after my workouts. I try
and consume 3,500 calories a day along with 200-250 grams of protein. I
also cheat one meal just to keep my sanity. |
