What is your
training philosophy?
"TRAIN HARD"
In order to improve my physique I like to follow a well rounded exercise
regimen. Training your body is all about balance. Cardio and weight
training are both necessary and if you want to transform your physique,
you need to attack it from all angles! I train with weights five days a
week, cardio four days a week and sprinting, bleacher work and
plyometirc work three times a week to condition me for my fitness
routines.
What is your diet like?
I am
currently working with IFFB Pro competitor Fakhri Mubarak. My diet
consists mostly of lean protein sources such as: fish, grilled chicken
or lean turkey. My complex carbohydrates come from yams, oatmeal, brown
rice and lentils and my fats come from monounsaturated fats like olive
oil and flaxseed oil.
Who are your role models?
Anyone
who can push themselves to limits they never thought possible. In
achieving an obstacle, one must be strong mentally and physically, they
must be willing to push themselves to the fullest extent possible
through hard work, motivation, and dedication... these are the ones who
succeed in life and it is absolutely beautiful. |
