Meet Lift for Life.com Natural Athlete of the Month, Kareem Petteway.
With a
physique reminiscent of classical Greek statues, Kareem’s perfect
symmetry is rivaled only by his commitment to a drug free lifestyle.
There are
those within our sport who would contend that a physique as balanced and
defined as Kareem’s can only be achieved with the assistance of
performance enhancing drugs. Kareem knows better! His
commitment to intelligent training, coupled with a disciplined diet has
taken him from a 137 lb light weight, to a 176 lb competitor. After
claiming the Lightweight Novice title in his first competition, Kareem
quickly rose to the top of drug tested competitions, winning three WNBF
Professional titles in 2003 through 2004.
"Bodybuilding has given me discipline and increased mental focus while
also encouraging me to follow a healthy lifestyle. I apply these
disciplines to other facets of my life which enable me to help others to
achieve their goals."
