Linda is an elite personal
trainer and owner of Body Rush Personal Training.
Linda has been training and working with competitors for over ten years
in the areas of bodybuilding,
competition, rehab, injury, pregnancy,
choreography, fat loss and conditioning. Known for her exceptional training
skills, Linda has seen many of her clients raise to the top of their
competitive events. With experience in judging, running, hosting and
promoting competitive fitness events, Linda is well versed in all aspects of

Linda's
celebrity in the fitness arena has taken her to multiple publications, talk
shows, commercials, and even a little movie work.
Much of Linda's experience in injury
prevention and rehabilitation is owed to personal experience. Early in her
fitness career, Linda experienced an injury that might have caused others to
throw in the towel. A true competitor at heart though, Linda learned from,
and eventually overcame the set back only to be strengthened by it. Linda is
an example of how drive and determination can turn roadblocks into stepping
stones. In this sense, Linda is a true role model of health and fitness.
