Favorite Body Part to Train:
Ever since I
began training I always wanted to see the definition in my back. And ever
since then I’ve focused on pull-ups, pull downs, dead lifts and rows to give
me the separation and definition in my rhomboids, rear delts, lats and lower
back region.
Training Philosophy:
“Focus on Progress not Perfection. If you learn to enjoy the journey of your
growth, then every day will become an achievement.”
I believe that there is a stark difference between being ‘fit’ and being
‘healthy.’ Maintaining internal equilibrium is very important to me so my
goal in life is to be a good representative of healthy individual who is
balanced in mind, body and spirit.
Hobbies:
I love writing – I carry a notebook everywhere I go. This hobby coincides
with my dreamy personality and my ability to think and think and think, all
the time! I love reading. I can spend an entire day at the library or
Borders and immerse myself in philosophy, history, psychology, biography and
political books and journals. Besides reading and writing, I also love
taking my niece and nephew to the park, walking my family dog, and taking
day naps with my boyfriend, Louis Dorman.
