Ron Denson:

 

Ron is an aspiring new athlete who is determined to make his mark on the natural bodybuilding scene. An Engineer with diversified interest covering everything from the gym to church, Ron joined the Lift for Life Forums to explore his potential as a bodybuilding competitor.  With the support and knowledge that Ron found in the Lift for Life community, it wasn't long before he was taking the stage in his first competition.
