I am
currently a Graduate Student at Rider University studying Organizational
Leadership and work full-time.
I began weight training in high school and continued into college. When
I entered into college, I weighed 110lbs and did not have much muscle. I
began to get serious with my weight training in 2003 with the hopes of
wrestling at the 125lb weight class. However, after having many
conversations with bodybuilders that trained at my gym, I decided to
begin competing and have not looked back ever since.
I began competing with the INBF in 2005 and soon thereafter, I won my
Natural Pro Card with the WNBF by winning the Overall Title at the INBF
Natural Northeast America.
Many of my biggest accomplishments that I am most proud of include:
o -Earning a Professional Card weighing 135lbs with the WNBF & USBF

Training:
I train 5-6 days a week, depending on my class and work schedule. I
usually train 1 ½ hour-2 hours a day and do single body parts. I most
love to train back and biceps.
Training Philosophy:
Bodybuilding to me is not just a hobby or a sport; it’s a job and a
way of life. In order to be the best at this sport, you have to be
willing to give your all 24/7, 365. There is no such thing as an
off-season in this sport. In order to achieve your goal, you have to be
willing to sacrifice.
With God in my
corner, I can do anything.
