The Lift for Life.com website is managed by owner
and webmaster Kerry Dulin, and Associate Webmaster Aaron Michael Dulin.
From its initial inception and launch as a free personal website hosted
at Homestead, to its current over 500 pages with multiple models and
authors, the Lift for Life.com website continues its goal of being the
absolute best bodybuilding site on the internet dedicated to entirely to
the interest of the Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Community.
Lift for Life.com is the largest of its three sister sites,
Though a late bloomer to Bodybuilding, Kerry was no stranger to fitness.
His early years found him doing countless sit-ups, pushups and chin-ups
before running the country mile around the small farm on which he was
raised. It wasn't until he had reached the age of forty that Kerry
decided to kick his fitness pursuit into overdrive and pursue a course
in competitive bodybuilding.
Aaron grew up in a small town
in southern Michigan where his Amer-Asian heritage made he and his
sister Amy the local standouts. While both Aaron and Amy excelled in
athletics, Aaron's 440 Relay Team still holds the School and Regional
Title a full six years after his graduation.
When the daily task of maintaining the Lift for Life site and keeping
the content fresh and relevant became too much for me to handle, Aaron
jumped in, quickly learning the rules and nuances of this game, and
became the Lift for Life.com Associate Webmaster. Along with building
pages and providing content, Aaron manages the reciprocal link program
and the new and growing
Athlete Profiles section of the site.
When Aaron isn't working the web or selling cell phones, he actually
finds time for his lovely wife Carolynn.
Though my competitive lifting has been somewhat curtailed by an injury,
a couple of personal tragedies and an excessive work load, I still
maintain a regular workout schedule on my home gym, which allows me to
spend a little more time with the true love of my life. My wife and I
have been together for nearly 30 years, and like most couples, we have
had share of difficulties. Overall though, its been a great ride, and I
wouldn't trade it for the world.
I still love bodybuilding and
fitness, but even more, making a difference in people's lives.
The Lift for Life.com site is
my gift back to the community that has given me so much.
Thank you for

Till your next visit,
